Product Description
The CarPro HydrO2 Lite allows you to protect your paint with a simple spray on and rinse off application process. Yes, you heard that right, spray on and rinse off, no touching of the paint is needed! When washing, drying, and protecting the paint there is always one thing in common, you are actually touching the paint to finish that specific detailing step. Touching the paint, no matter how great your products and techniques are, always increases this risk of adding imperfections. With the CarPro HydrO2 Lite you can reduce the amount of time you are actually touching your paint during a detail! After you wash the paint, just spray the HydrO2 Lite onto the wet surface and rinse off with a strong stream of water. No touching of the paint required! HydrO2 Lite is formulated with hydrophilic glass fibers, silicon polymers, and fluoropolymers. These high end ingredients help form what CarPro calls "hydroelectric bonding", which means the sealant transforms from hydrophilic to hydrophobic upon contact with water when rinsing. After application, water will bead up and contamination will roll off the paint, keeping your paint cleaner than before! Apply HydrO2 Lite to paint, glass, plastic, convertible tops, wheels, calipers, wheel wells, and much more. If you are looking to safely apply a sealant and reduce effort during application, the CarPro HydrO2 Lite is a great choice!Note: HydrO2 Lite is the pre-diluted, ready to use, version of the popular CarPro HydrO2 Concentrate.
Directions:
- Do NOT apply HydrO2 in the sun or to a hot surface. Applying in this manner may cause streaks that do not wipe off easily.
- In a shaded location or shop wash your vehicle and remove any dirt from the surfaces.
- Surface must be well cleaned from soap residue and left wet wth water.
- Spray a fine mist of HydrO2 on no more than 1/4 of vehicle before rinsing. Very little is needed and no overlap is needed.
- From the time you start spraying a section to rinsing off, should be approximately 30 seconds or less.
- Immediately rinse well with strong stream of water.
- Repeat steps 4-6 on the next section of the vehicle rinsing well before moving on.
- Finish by "flood rinsing" the vehicle without a spray nozzle to push all the water off from top down.
- Dry any remaining water by blowing off or with the use of a drying towel.

Directions
- Work in shade.
- Shake and spray only a fine mist over 2-3 panels.
- Immediately rinse all areas well.
- Repeat steps 2-3 until the entire vehicle is complete.
- Dry off any remaining water.

This is a great product to use on wheels. I have not tried it on paint. Wash, decontaminate, then spray Hydro2 on the wheel and rinse off. Very easy, looks great and the wheel is protected.
Very good product. Hydrophobics were decent, not quite WetCoat but close. It did have a great shine after though. Would definitely be a toss up between the two and I'd probably choose whichever is cheaper at the time.
Super quick to use with great results. I use it all the time in my business for regular details as well as ceramic coating maintainence. Do not use it on a hot panel in the sun!! You will get streaking. As long as you use it on a cool panel in the shade I've never had an issue, and I definitely love this product! I also prefer this over Gyeon's WetCoat due to the fact that it claims to offer some UV protection as well, where as WetCoat does not.
