Product Description
The IGL Ecoclean Iron is a waterbased iron remover that will help you safely and easily remove brake dust and rail dust! This unique formula is strong enough to remove tough contamination, yet gentle enough for paint, wheels, etc. The high-quality formula is waterbased, low odor, acid-free and pH balanced. To apply, start with a cool wet surface and simply spray this product onto the desired area, letting it dwell briefly. Follow up with a rinse and you are all set. The unique chemical ingredients effectively dissolve iron by forming a water soluble iron complex and putting a stop to corrosion. What you will be left with is a clean surface, free of iron and brake dust! Remember to never let the product dry on the surface and to thoroughly rinse or wash off once finished. Removing iron deposits is a crucial part of cleansing a vehicle's paint for a perfect finish. This is especially true of white vehicles as removing any and all contamination will bring out its purity in its color.
I know what your thinking, can't I just clay it? And technically, yes. However, iron deposits can be difficult to remove with just clay, so doing both not only produces a better result, but makes the job easier. - Shake well, spray on the surface
- Rub it in with damp sponge thoroughly
- Wait 5 minutes while contaminants change its color to purple/red agitate with a brush
- Rinse clean or wipe off with a damp cloth
- Do not let Ecoclean Iron dry completely
