Would they buy this item again? No

as a professional detailer I relied on my tools to get the job done. sadly, over the years I have noticed the decline on the quality of Rupes products. I got this machine about month ago and it stopped working suddenly. unless I got a defective machine, I would say it's not worth investing on this machine.
