Professional Detailer Reviews

I'm very happy with the NanoSkin Glide and have found my new go-to product for decontamination. I would highly recommend it for any detailer to at least try if they are currently using another product, as I'm sure they'll keep it in the arsenal. As an added bonus, it smells very good.

There are multiple uses for Nanoskin Glide but I use it as a Clay Lubricant. It works well and does the job. It is also economical as I dilute it 10:1 as recommended. It also has a pleasant scent.

This works great. I used with a clay sponge and very happy with results.

This is one of a few different clay lubes that I buy when on sale. It does a better job than typical QDs or ONR and is economical. I have used clay lubes in the past that had a buttery consistency, and some that were too diluted or watery, but this one has a perfect consistency and lubricity, without being overly slick where the clay can't bite. Recommended.

I was using Optimum No Rinse as a clay lube for a while but I decided to use a dedicated product for claying this time around. Used a Nanoskin clay mitt and this was crazy slick and I love it. When I use up the gallon I mixed up with this bottle I'll definitely buy it again when I need it.

1st time I clawed my car I used this product and it seem to work as instructed, haven't try any other product so can't compare. But had no problems bar glided over surface.

I have used for the nanoskin and it lubes fine, but it does not work well to clean up the area once done. So, I have to use a different quick detailer that cleans up much better. It is pain to have to use two different bottles when a good QD, should be able to lube and clean up.

I run a small detail shop in Mathews Va, Driveway Details, we clay every car we detail and this product is a game changer. Great product.

Works well with nanoskin mit when dilluted 10:1 with distilled water and applied with an old Windex bottle. I cannot say whether the nanoskin mit works as well as a clay bar. I never got very far with a clay bar because I don't have that much patience. I can say that the mit is a LOT less work. The surface feels smoother after just a few swipes of the mit.

I originally bought a bottle of the pre-mixed solution and loved it. When I ran out, I ordered the gallon size and mixed it myself. It did not work as well as the pre- mixed version. I tried tweaking the mixture ratio, and it did not work as good as the pre-mixed for me. I spent hours experimenting with the ratio, but ended up not really happy with the end result. I will use the rest for a clay lube, not a detailer like originally intended.

I initially intended to use this as lubricant for DI's 100g Fine Grade clay bar. Clay bar was useless as it stuck to the paint. I had diluted this 1:9 and even with repeated lubrication, the clay bar didn't work.

So I tossed out the clay and instead used the dilution as a quick detailer. Lots of slickness for sure. Going to have to wait until I pick up a new clay bar. Might just go for the nanoskin auto scrub mitt,

Decided to give this a shot due to the good things I have been hearing about it. I typically just use ONR diluted as clay lube and have never thought of using something else before now. Glide was noticeably more slick, and I really liked it! I diluted it 7:1 (even though you can dilute it at 10:1). I think this will be my new "go to" for clay lube.

Good stuff, a must have for the nanoskin pad. I dilute it 10:1, still plenty of slickness and becomes quite economical at that point. Easy to remove from paint as well.

This is a must for the NanoSkin scrub pad. Just dilute per instructions and spray away.
