This is the perfect package for those looking to take the first leap into machine polishing. The paint safe PC 7424 XP is an excellent buffer that provides serious professional like results without much risk of damaging the paint. The new non-diminishing abrasives of the Meguiar's M105 and M205 polishes makes it a very effective match for the 7424XP. We paired the buffer up with the Meguiar's W67DA backing plate, a perfect match for 5.5" pads. 5.5" pads are right in the middle of 4" and 6.5" pads, which still gives you great coverage, with more cut and control than the larger 6.5" pads. We choose the orange and white pads for this combo.

Would they buy this item again? Yes
Great kit. Everything you need to get the job done. Can't do all the correction a true rotary is capable of, but I was well aware of the when purchasing and plan for this to be a stepping stone up to a rotary. Highly recommend.
