Would they buy this item again? Yes
With the product diluted 2:1 I got pretty good results, most of the bugs came off, however there were still some bug-guts that refused to come off. Diluted 3:1 it didn't work that well on the bugs, even with agitation. However this product in 3:1 form works great on tar! I'd buy it again.

This is the best bug and tar remover I have ever used. Even in a highly diluted state, it works better than anything I have used in the past.

Awesome product! Cut 3:1 like stated on the bottle this works amazing on bugs.
