I brought a bottle just to try from a local retailer and to my surprise this is the best on the market or at least up their. It is a gel almost clinging form of product so I don't know if it can be diluted. But this is what u need for that caked on tire shine that just turns a tire brown. I used this on a fifth wheel on the back of a jeep and this worked wonders even after using Degreaser uncut. This sticks to the tire and breaks it all down with scrubbing. Long story short that 1 bottle made me buy 7 from off here not all tires need this so u don't have to use it often but for bad tires this is a must have...

Excellent product BUT you use one Buttler for two cars that is expensive
