The CarPro Eraser Intensive Oil and Polish cleaner is a fantastic cleaner you use on the vehicles exterior to ensure it's completely clean. Sometimes a surface can look clean but when you need to be sure the surface is clean the CarPro Eraser is there for you. Virtually every polish leaves behind some ultra fine layer of oil that is almost impossible to see. The surface may also have dust particles, finger prints, polishing particles and other contaminants naturally found in the air settling on the vehicle. These oils and residues can be very challenging to remove even with a top quality microfiber towel. Removing the residue and oils can help increase the durability of a sealant or wax applied afterward. However removing this residue is absolutely critical before applying a product like the CarPro Cquartz Ceramic Quartz Paint Protection. Just mist it on the paint and wipe it away with a clean microfiber towel and you'll see and feel a squeaky clean shine that you can apply any form of protection on top of. This product is a real time-saver. Works great and creates a clean tacky surface for application of your favorite wax or sealant. Much quicker than applying a similar product via DA (like CGs Vertua Bond or Extreme EZ-Creme Glaze). Little goes a long ways. Will definitely buy again when my current supply runs out.
Works great and is easier than trying to dilute IPA. It's also safer IMO. It definitely removes any leftover polish/compound residue. Pull the trigger hard for a decent spray, I got sort of heavy droplets if you gave it a half squeeze or pulled it too slow. You can feel how bare the surface is after wiping it off. A very nice step if you really want to have full view of the paints condition and a clean surface for your LSP to bond to.
Only con: IPA is darn cheap in comparison.
