The Meguiar's Surface Prep M122 allows you to make sure various exterior surfaces on your vehicle are completely clean! Virtually every polish leaves behind some ultra-fine layer of oil that is almost impossible to see. The surface may also have dust particles, fingerprints, polishing particles and other contaminants naturally found in the air settling on the vehicle. These oils and residues can be very challenging to remove even with a top-quality microfiber towel, so you will need the extra cleaning power of a cleaner. Meguiar's M122 is a versatile tool used throughout the paint correction process, as well as before applying coatings or touch-up paint. This unique formula allows for efficient & true results, without unnecessary risk of swelling or staining paint.
DILUTION: Ready to use.
Directions
ALWAYS APPLY IN THE SHADE ON A COOL SURFACE. (Not for heavily soiled finishes).
PAINT CORRECTION: Prior to paint correction, mist M122 Surface Prep onto one panel at a time, allow to dwell for up to 2 minutes, then wipe panel clean with a microfiber towel. This will reduce pad clogging from existing contamination or wax. While performing paint correction, simply mist and wipe to remove compound or polish residue without marring. Inspect paint with proper inspection light, such as the Meguiar's MT103 Sunlight 3+ before proceeding.
COATINGS or TOUCH-UP: Before applying any coating or touch-up paint, spray M122 Surface Prep onto cool surface and use a clean microfiber towel to wipe away remaining residue, turning to dry side of towel for final wipe. Be sure to wipe adjacent areas to ensure no undesired transfer occurs. Repeat mist and wipe process a second time to ensure removal of contaminants.

I have used many panel wipes and they all work. I picked up M122 as it is more cost effective. It does a very good job at prepping the surface for a ceramic coating.
Excellent product and better price. Allows the user to flood the panel and corresponding areas, without worry of damage to paint and or trim. Removes product well for a non solvent based panel prep.
This surface prep seems to work well, but does have a strong vinegar like smell. Over all great for the money, but can't use it as a glass cleaner as well like other paint preps.
